Caring for others has always been close to my heart. From the moment I left school and began working as a hairdresser, I discovered how much I loved helping people feel good about themselves, not just on the outside, but from within too. The connections, the conversations, the simple joy of making someone’s day better truly lit something in me.
My Story
When I became a mother, my path naturally shifted. I decided to deepen my skills in a way that would work around family life, so I completed a BA in Education and Training and began teaching hairdressing to adults at a local college. It was a wonderful chapter that allowed me to keep uplifting others while growing in new directions.
As time went on, I felt a gentle pull toward something more holistic, something that spoke to the heart, mind and body. I followed that calling and trained in Reflexology, Anatomy & Physiology and Reiki Levels 1 and 2. That opened the door to even more beautiful practices like Crystal Healing and Indian Head Massage.
These therapies have supported me in so many ways, especially during my own journey through the illness and the menopause. They’ve helped me find balance, calm, renewed energy and I’ve seen the same transformation in others.
That’s what inspired me to create Crystal Soul Therapies: a peaceful, supportive space where women can feel truly seen, heard and nurtured as they walk their own healing path.
It’s a joy and an honour to walk alongside them.
